Raytrace Image Rendering Error

I looked at your screen shot, and I don't have that problem with the image. I get a smooth image - no bars or discontinuities. It renders in about 1 1/2 minutes. According to the Windows Task Manager your upr uses about 1.3 Gb of physical memory. That might be a problem if your system doesn't have enough memory. If your computer has only a single core, try setting min and max number of threads equal to one. Raytracing doesn't multithread very well because it uses VERY large arrays.
