Plastic Fantastic is a Fractal Formula in tma2.ufm.
Hello to all,
I've had a formula rolling around for a long time and I've finally decided it was worth uploading to the DB. It is basically a supergiant version of "Spiroglyphics", and like that formula it modifies Z to give some intriguing distortions.
The section that modifies Z, however, is transplanted from one of my largest colorings, so the possibilities are endless, or practically so. It is huge and confusing, and not recommended for those who like to have a handle on how a formula works. It's really for explorers only, those who like to plumb uncharted territory. That code section does not give the same results it does in Naru's Gnarly Potpourri, but what it does can be quite interesting nonetheless. I'm posting a little upr to show what you can do to a standard Julia with a bit of tweaking here and there.
This is not a class formula for a few reasons. First, I am old-fashioned and still prefer the traditional way of working, limited though it is in some ways (but much easier in others). Second, I have neither the time, the will or the knowledge to convert this to a ulb file. Maybe someday...
