Bailout

The "Bailout" is the threshold when Ultra Fractal stops iterating a formula and designates a point as either "Inside" or "Outside."
In practice this is implemented as a Bailout Method with a Bailout Value parameter.
If a point does not bail out, the iteration will still terminate once the "iteration limit" is reached.
